First Cleaning – Deep & Detailed

Your first clean is a deep clean, because we want to start fresh. We get into the corners, under the beds, and behind the fridge if you let us.

Use your preferred products or bring our own

How do I book a cleaning?

Just fill out our short form or call/text us directly. We’ll set up a free walkthrough to see your space, talk about your needs, and give you a no-pressure quote.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes! We bring all our own products and tools. If you prefer we use your supplies or have specific requests, just let us know, we’re flexible.

Will I always have the same cleaners?

Yes, always. It’s just us: Maria & Maura. No rotating crews. No strangers in your home. Just two sisters you can trust, every single time

What types of spaces do you clean?

We clean homes (apartments, condos, single-family houses) and small offices. We offer recurring cleaning, deep cleans, and move-in/move-out services.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend reaching out 1–2 weeks in advance to reserve your spot, but feel free to check with us, we may have availability sooner!

What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?

We stand behind our work. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 48 hours and we’ll re-clean it no questions asked.

Do you work with pets in the home?

We love pets! Just let us know their routine, whether they’ll be kenneled, loose, or in a specific room—and we’ll work safely and respectfully.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We get it, life happens. Just give us at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a rescheduling fee. If it’s an emergency, just reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How long does a cleaning usually take?

It depends on your home’s size and condition, and whether you’ve requested a deep clean. During your walkthrough, we’ll give you a realistic estimate of the time required.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! Many clients aren’t home during service. Just provide access, like a key, smart lock code, or instructions, and we’ll take it from there while respecting your space.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment cash, or check. Payment is due after each visit, unless a special plan is arranged.
